From September 2023 to date, through my rural development initiatives, the Bompehtoke community and I have been working to accomplish the top 5 United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for the United Nation’s 2030 agenda (https://sdgs.un.org/2030agenda) in their town in Sherbro land, southern Sierra Leone!
The top 5 United Nations SDGs are:

Ending hunger by growing more rice - Sierra Leone's (SL) staple food
Ending hunger by improving the rice value chain in SL post-harvest
Ending hunger by growing more food in SL
Ending poverty by improving livelihoods through rice & peanut seeds distributions to rural SL farmers
Ending poverty by providing employment for youth farmers
Ending poverty by providing employment for women farmers
Creating access to high school education - building the 1st high school in Bompehtoke
Blueprint of the 1st high school in Bompehtoke town and construction is underway!
For the 1st time creating access to high school education in Bompehtoke town
Renovating the Bompehtoke hospital that serves all the 5 villages within Bompehtoke town.
Total renovation of the Bompehtoke community hospital to ensure healthy lives and well-being.
Providing much needed medical supplies for the Bompehtoke hospital.
